LLL REQUIRMENTS FOR RAIDING

LLL are striving to become a close nit friendly group of 10 semi serious raiders willing to work hard at successfully progressing through raid content in relevant time of an expansion, not at the end of an expansion while still keeping a fun and happy close atmosphere. To do this well, we think the following applies....

FOR RAIDING
1: Appropriate gear for raiding (not pvp).
2: Correctly enchanted and gem'ed.
3: Stocked with flasks , pots and regents etc.
4: Raid awareness ie: Previous research of fight strats
5: NO afk or hearthing to gem etc during raids accept for designated break times.
6: NO QQing over wipes, its all good progression
7: Be signed up and use forums!

* LLL raid times are 7.30pm until 11.30pm wed, sun and mon. All raiders are expected to stay for entire raid.
(if you are unable to stay for duration inform GM or Raid leader PrioR to raid)

* IN return, title of raider brings you guild repairs, buff food and half AH priced flasks and pots! Not to mention a great group of friends to have fun with!

* Actively use forums to discuss strats and other concerns, not wait till raid time.

FYI: anything in guild bank can be purchased at half the cheapest price on AH.. the gold generated from this goes towards guild repairs

Also wanted to say sorry that i afk'd a bit in yesterday's raid, still adjusting to my new raiding schedule, and im all set for this weeks first all guild run :D

thats all good man no problem with people going afk so long as it isnt for to long and doesnt happen TOO often. Though we will try and have a 10min break after the first 2 hours of raiding to break it up a little bit.
